Excellent

We have just had a warm roof conservatory fitted to an existing extension and outbuilding. We also had new windows and French doors in the existing extension and a fantastic new patio area all completed by Peter and his friendly team. Any problems and issues we had were dealt with efficiently and fairly and we were kept informed at all times. We are so happy with the final result and would have no hesitation in recommending P and K Home Improvements.

P & K FITTED MY NEW WINDOWS AND 2 DOORS,EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND, THE WINDOW FITTERS WORKED REALLY HARD AND DONE A PROFFESIONAL JOB AND CLEARED UP THE RUBBISH DAILY, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION, I RECCOMMEND P & K HOME IMPROVEMENTS TO ANYONE.

Excellent customer service

I would not hesitate to recommend P&K for their customer service, it is second to none. They were friendly and efficient through the quote and order process, kept us well informed and gave good advice. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order shortly after placing it, due to unforeseen circumstances. Peter was very understandings and gave us a full refund of our deposit.

Could not have wanted better service or product - 5 stars for everything

Really pleased with porches fitted on either side of house - top quality products and workmanship at good prices, and first rate obliging and helpful service and follow up. Phone calls and emails always followed up promptly. Straight dealing honest traders, you know where you stand, and always extremely courteous. I went to 4 firms for quotations, and never looked back on decision to go with P&K. Will have them back to quote for more work.

Fantastic

Honestly hand on my heart the best company I have ever used, you should be proud the way you run business from customer service to the end result, I had 6 workman at my home can not remember the other guys names (sorry) Simon and Micheal was the two I remember and the finishing to the end result was fantastic from these two, fueled by doughnuts and biscuits??would recommend this company to every single person I know I’m not even the person to leave reviews but I feel that’s it’s got to be told, and the cost of the work was very reasonable compared to some of the other firms quotes ?? again thank you, you have done a fantastic job. Good Job, Well Done

Leaky polycarbonate conservatory roof removed and new Guardian warm roof installed. All work was carried out efficiently and to an excellent standard without any fuss. No mess left around when the workmen were not on site. They are a friendly helpful team of workers. Highly recommended.

recommended by our trusted builder, P&K were always punctual, gave us excellent advise when developing the plan. Work was completed on schedule by a highly efficient and professionally competent team. The end result has surpassed out expectation and we would certainly recommend P&K to anyone in the future
