Brilliant from start to finish.

We did our homework before approaching P&K. With a clear vision of what we wanted. Karl came and brought our vision to reality. Identified key safety points that other company's had over looked. The actual product is 10/10. We have noticed the sound difference over night and had a massive impact on our sleep. Petes comunication has been brilliant. Keeping us updated at every stage and worked with us on earlier fit dates. Always felt like I could call them at anytime with any question, however small. Now to the fitting team... they say what they do on the tin. Respectful of family life, Cleanest trade team we've had. Shoes off and dust sheets all the way plus hoovered.
