Excellent customer service

I would not hesitate to recommend P&K for their customer service, it is second to none. They were friendly and efficient through the quote and order process, kept us well informed and gave good advice. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order shortly after placing it, due to unforeseen circumstances. Peter was very understandings and gave us a full refund of our deposit.
